Maggie Yue

Maggie Yue       Hong Kong

As a trained psychologist and well-being scholar, Maggie is fascinated by learning, practicing, and sharing the Eastern wisdom of yoga and Western science of happiness.  In her life-long yoga journey, she had the privilege to study with renowned teachers in alignment-based Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, iRest Yoga Nidra, and Therapeutic Yoga.

Adopting an integrative approach to holistic health and well-being, she’s passionate about waving the art and science of happiness into the cultivation of body, mind, and breath in her yoga and mindfulness teaching.  Planting modern psychology into traditional yogic practice, she intends to hold a space that inspires yogis to flourish on and off the mat and aims to play a part in nourishing greater well-being in the wider community.
