Lynne McCarty     Cohasset & Pembroke

Yin Yoga’s introspective, meditative and receptive qualities were all that it took for Lynne to be hooked from the first class! Lynne completed Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings with Christine O’Shaunessy, Sarah Powers, and Josh Summers. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Diane Lagadec at Maha Yoga Center. She is immensely appreciative to all of her teachers for sharing their wisdom and guidance as she journeys along her Yogic path. Yin Yoga led Lynne to a deep interest in Vipassana meditation and a passion for studying and practicing the dharma, which she weaves into each class. Stressing that yoga is very personal and individual, she encourages students to listen deeply, understanding that our edges change constantly. By bringing kindness and acceptance to how things are for us in each class and developing mindfulness of body, heart, and mind, we encourage a deeper understanding and compassion for ourselves and the world around us, allowing the innate peace and wisdom within to shine!
