I have studied, practiced and taught yin yoga over the past several years as a balance to the yang practice of vinyasa in which I was originally trained and certified. I am an experienced practioner and teacher of tai chi and chi kung as well as taoist meditation: therefore yin yoga has been a perfect compliment to my ongoing endeavor toward balance and my desire to assist my students in cultivating balance. I am the owner and director of The Yoga Room in Marietta, Georgia.
