Lívia Tarcsai Budapest & Szentendre
Lívia has been practising yang yoga styles since 2010 on daily basis, she turned to Yin yoga in 2012. She has been teaching this style of yoga for more than a year now. She is also experienced in spine, hatha and flow types. She encourages her students to switch their mind on the practice, and keep the effects of yoga as long as they can, also in the everyday life. Lívia likes using props on the classes to help to reach the deepest surrender and mental-spiritual recovery. She also writes a blog where yin sequences are also published.
