I have taught Yin Yoga for over 7 years, My main teacher in UK is Norman Blair and I have also studied with Sarah Powers, Bernie Clarke and Paul Grilley. I also have had 2 years of mentoring with an acupuncturist and I am a vipassana student. I run Yin Yoga CPD courses in Sussex and Goa for teachers who would like to add Yin to their offerings.
