Lori Mollberg Minneapolis
Lori is an E-RYT yoga instructor and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 1200 hours of movement and meditation-based training including teacher trainings with the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, Life Power Yoga, and Jason Crandell, and graduate coursework in mind-body science, yoga, reiki, and meditation through the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing.
Lori studied Yin with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts, and Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner, and currently teaches Yin Yoga classes infused with mindfulness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra to foster introspection, deeper relaxation, and release. She also teaches slow flow, vinyasa, gentle, and chair yoga, and myofascial release classes at Life Time Fitness, and through private sessions and workshops.
