Lori teaches all levels of Classical Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, Baby & Me, and Kid’s Yoga throughout the Lower Mainland, and privately. She believes that yoga is for everybody, and has a great passion for working with pregnant women and their families. Lori’s classes provide a warm and supportive, down to earth environment in which students can feel safe to connect with their body wisdom. She is also a Birth Doula, a member of the Doula Services Association, and a member of the Yoga Association of BC. You can take a class with Lori in the Yaletown, downtown, Mt.Pleasant and East Vancouver areas.
