Liz Chesla     Harleysville, Pennsylvania

Liz teaches Yin, Yin-Yang, and Slow Flow yoga classes and works privately with survivors of injury, illness, and trauma. She believes deeply in the healing powers of Yin yoga and offers a unique combination of movement, stillness, and story to empower students to be agents of their own physical and emotional healing.

Liz received her 200-hour certification in 2010 and is certified in Yin, prenatal yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, and Reiki I. A co-teacher in Anahata Yoga’s teacher training program, Liz also has an MA in English and is a co-founder of the TaLK Project (TaLKProject.net), an online resource for survivors of abuse and addiction. After teaching writing for over 15 years and publishing multiple study guides, she is now working on a novel and online yoga and writing courses.
