Living Yoga brings Yin Yoga to you — in the comfort of your home. Private 60 and 90 minute yoga classes are being offered at discounted rates in the London areas of Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and Swiss Cottage.
Your yin yoga instructor is qualified under yoga master Victor Chng, having completed a yoga TTC in Malaysia, and continued yoga practice in Singapore. She is registered as a Yin Yoga instructor under YogaInAsia. The yoga classes will combine some elements of Yang Yoga to warm up the body, but will focus mainly on the Yin Yoga practice.
