Liv Gold

Liv Gold     Cambridge, Massachusetts

Liv teaches an inquiry-based style of vinyasa yoga that blends fluid posture sequences with meditation, breath work, and guided relaxation. She also teaches Yin classes that nurture the joints and connective tissue while facilitating deep release and quiet contemplation. Her practice is influenced by her cherished teachers, Patricia Walden, Elizabeth Brown, and Josh Summers (and many others!). Off the mat, Liv writes for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holds degrees in journalism (M.S.) and environmental studies (B.A.).
