Lisa has been practicing for years and draws on her learning and intuition to create classes that inspire and meet the needs of the students in the class.
She was first trained in Hatha and later discovered the physical and emotional benefits of Yin. As Yin helped shift and deepen her practice, she now teaches both to balance the Yin and Yang.
