Lisa’s teaching encompasses yoga practices that nourish, strengthen and revitalize the body. Each class provides insight into the essence of yoga, from its ancient roots to its relevance in a modern lifestyle.

She teaches yin yoga in a meditative style, allowing students to sink deep within themselves. This practice will greatly increase a student’s flexibility of body and stamina of mind. Lisa offers private lessons in yoga and Ayurvedic consultations in and around Uppsala and Stockholm. Each yoga class is tailored to the student’s individual needs and intentions.
