I began to practice as a way to maintain flexibility and strength. During my journey I discovered not just the physical but spiritual practice of Yoga. In 2008, I enrolled in the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program and received my certification in 2009 from the Yoga Polarity Center in Malverne, New York. I am now a student in the 500 Yoga Teacher Training program and I am participating in a mentor ship with my teacher, Mindy Frenkel.

My style is Hatha, and I like to keep the body moving with a Vinyasa Flow. I recently became certified in Yin Yoga and began incorporating it in my classes. I will begin teaching classes at local studios, gyms and private classes.
