Lindsey Porter

Lindsey Porter       Falkirk

Lindsey has been teaching Hatha Yoga practices since 2006 after training in India, started teaching Yoga full time in 2015 and became a Yoga Tutor with Yoga Scotland in 2018. Lindsey spent over 20 years working in the Financial Services Industry in Project Management delivering global change projects where yoga originally found her to balance the stressful lifestyle.

Being passionate about the benefits yoga can bring to all minds and bodies led Lindsey to lead a Scottish Parliamentary Reception talking to politicians about the benefits yoga can bring to mental health and wellbeing. Always up for new challenges she loved training with Bernie Clark and coming to the Yin-side along with her other yoga practices.

Lindsey is a published author with her debut book ‘Whirlpools, yoga and the balance of life’ and is the co-founder of the nominated international podcast series Voices of Yoga.
