Linda (Sama) Karl-Dynek

Linda (Sama) Karl-Dynek    Batavia, Illinois

Linda has immersed herself in the study and practice of the complete path of classical yoga and meditation for over 15 years, cultivating a breath-based, heart centered yoga practice. She has over 1000 hours of training both in the United States and in India, studying yearly at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Linda has also completed Yin Yoga teacher trainings with both Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley, who told her: “I am very gratified to know you are presenting a broad view of yoga and sharing with people more of the philosophical and spiritual sides of yoga.” Linda was one of the first yin yoga teachers in the Chicago area and is humbled and honored to have introduced yin yoga to the Arusha, Tanzania yoga community in 2010.
