Linda Moore   Lance aux Epines, Grenada
RYT-200/KYT-200

Linda Moore is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher.  Yoga has been a part of her life for over 20 years. She currently teaches weekly Yin Yoga and Kripalu Yoga classes in the Caribbean where she lives with her husband on their 50-foot sailboat “Troubadour”. Linda's teaching style supports her belief and intention that yoga is for everyone in every body and that whether students are coming to the mat to free tension, quiet a busy mind or find spiritual renewal, their yoga journey should be one of self-discovery. Linda's Yin Yoga classes begin with an intention and meditation; students are encouraged to experience the asana with present moment awareness, and are encouraged to practice in a way that honors their unique bodies. Classes end with guided relaxation and a short meditation.
