Lili has been teaching yoga since 2010 and educating yoga teachers since 2017. Her dedication to yoga continues to deepen with each year of practice: she completed her 500-hour advanced training in April 2015 with Beloved Yoga in Reston, Virginia, completed her Yin Yoga certificate training with Beloved Yoga in 2016, and is completing her Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification there as of summer 2018. In September 2017 Lili became a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and offers private sessions at the studio.
