Certified Yin Yoga Teacher with Bernie Clark in November 2013. I have been practicing yoga regularly since February 2010, and teaching public and private yoga classes in Vancouver, British Columbia since June 2011. I teach Yin Yoga, Bikram 26/2 series, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kids’ yoga in both hot and regular-temperature indoor settings, as well as outdoors. I also offer yoga classes in Mandarin Chinese. My teaching style is based on students’ physical conditions and mental readiness, guiding them through a series of safe and balanced Yin-Yang yoga asanas so that students can gradually achieve physical, mental and spiritual harmony in their lives. I believe that yoga is a life-long journey to self-exploration and self-realization, accessible to everyone. In order to become a great yoga teacher, one must be a student first, who not only practices on a daily basis, but also keeps learning and expanding one’s knowledge on yoga and human anatomy in order to share the joy of yoga with the public.
