Leah classes create an environment where people can direct their energy and attention within, to connect with their bodies’ innate intelligence. Leah’s belief is that every choice, every day, in every way, can add restored vitality and mind-body balance into our lives. She has taken some 1000 cumulative hours of yoga and ayurveda training courses with Master Teachers. Leah is deeply grateful for the practice of yin yoga and for the opportunity to be an ongoing student of Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers.
