I was introduced to yoga by my mother in 2001. When I went through some difficult personal times I found I could rely on my practice to stay strong and positive. My practice was truly healing. Fast forward to 2011, as my newborn and 1 year old became the center of my life, yoga was essential to keeping me balanced, staying fit, and managing stress. I decided to dive deeper into my practice and felt the desire to share how transformative yoga can be. So, in 2014 I completed my 200 hour teacher training. I began practicing Yin Yoga in 2018 and fell in love with it. During the challenging time of the COVID pandemic I expanded my knowledge of Yin Yoga by taking Bernie Clark and Diana Watts 50-hour Yin Yoga training. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to guide students on their yoga journey.
