Laurene Bizarro Brighton
I originally qualified in Hot Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, however when i became pregnant with my son (following three miscarriages), my body and mind needed another form of practice to help me heal my physical and emotional body.
After my son was born I trained in Yin Yoga as it fit better with my body, its changes, my mind and my time. Learning to surrender, giving in to what is was a truly eye opening experience. Creating a true sense of balance in my practice as a whole. The perfect counterpart to Yang lifestyle of single parenting and motherhood.
My teaching style today is all about balance – applying a deep sense of Yin and Yang in everything i teach. With attention and intention – focusing mainly on women’s health. The practice such as life is a ongoing lesson on devotion, strength, patience and love. The learning never stops, the changes never cease but with Yin yoga everything remains in balance.
