Laurence Curty Fribourg
Laurence has been teaching yoga since 2016. Her professional artistic training and philosophical studies are merged with her passion for yoga. Her aim is to pass on the practice of attention in action, in order to move towards a relaxed and joyful life.
The practice she teaches encompasses the traditional styles of Hatha Yoga with an orientation towards Prana Yoga, Yin Yoga and deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra. Her experience of meditation dates back to the 1990s, with the practice of Zen Rinzai Buddhism.
