Lauren Webster      Perth

Lauren is an international Yoga Practitioner located in Perth, Western Australia.   She guides Yin Yoga practice to soften before moving into gentle rhythmic Yang Yoga. She trained with Sarah Powers’ Yin Yang Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training. Lauren is inspired by Paul and Suzee Grilley style Yang Yoga flows. 

Additionally, Lauren teaches Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Yoga. She enjoys Buddhist study, practice, Taoist qigong and energy work. Also, she specialises in guiding grounding, stress resilience, listening to the body and intuition. She mixes awareness of breath, intention, tapping, sound, acupressure, and singing into her practice for energy flow. 

You may feel like letting your hair down as you find what feels good for you in the practice.

Lauren facilitates workshops, retreats, 1:1s and teaches in gyms and schools.
