Laura Hahn Stanwood
In January 2011 I completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training, taught by Paul Grilley. I instruct Yin Yoga whenever and wherever the opportunity to do so arises! I am very faithful to this practice and all the amazing benefits it has to offer, and I instruct a very traditional Yin yoga class. The teachers I choose to learn from and bring their teachings into my class are Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, and Bernie Clark.
In April 2016 I moved from Brisbane CA to Stanwood, WA! As much as I loved my busy schedule of instructing classes in the SF Bay Area, I am so enjoying the slower pace of the great Northwest. I currently instruct classes in Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Integral Yoga Institute’s Hatha Yoga class, and thrilled to be in the process of submitting my application with the IAYT Yoga Therapist Certification program!
