Laura Goff

Laura Goff       Annapolis
E-RYT 200, YTT 500

Laura’s first training was in Washington DC at Down Dog Yoga with Patty Ivey and Alice Riccardi for her E-RYT 200, which incorporated Ashtanga and Baptiste power vinyasa with Yin Yoga.  She has trained with Baron Baptiste.  She completed a meditation based 300-hour TT with Rolf Gates and continued her yin training with Paulie Zink, Josh Summers, and most recently, Bernie Clark and Diana Batts.

As a teacher of yin, yang, restorative and meditation-based yoga, Laura blends movement, stillness and breath awareness to help bring clarity and balance to her classes.

Besides yoga and being close to nature, Laura enjoys traveling, music, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and losing herself in a good book.  Laura lives near the West River with her partner Chris and their two rescue dogs, Shaka and Bear.
