Kyle Kanstein

Kyle Kanstein       Barrie, Ontario

After being raised in a paramilitary environment and working over 14 years in emergency services Kyle is no stranger to hard work, discipline, and pushing the limits to get results. Don’t let his tough exterior fool you. With his yoga teaching background of Holistic Yoga Therapy Kyle is patient, calm, and supportive.

Kyle originally started yoga for its physical benefits, and after losing over 50lbs practicing yoga he was drawn to the deeper practices. Kyle travelled to the foothills of the Himalayas in India to complete his teaching certification in a traditional setting. Kyle is also a certified Warriors at Ease yoga teacher focused on trauma-sensitive and adaptive yoga and Yin yoga. From his diverse background and experiences, Kyle knows firsthand that there can be effort in the ease, joy in the struggle, and calm in the chaos. Physical exercise may train the body, but yoga trains everything.
