Kristyn Wilson-Schram Niagara-on-the-Lake
Kristyn is a retired nurse who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5 years. As an 8 year breast cancer survivor she combines her love and teaching and positive approach to a practice that gives students the opportunity to ‘stress their bodies’ in Yin Yoga but most importantly become their own teachers in their various yoga journeys.
