Kristin Lockwood Scottsdale, Arizona
Kristin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Kristin obtained her 200 hour yoga certification in 2016 with All Yoga in Thailand, studying ashtanga, meditation, chanting and Eastern Philosophy with Dr. Ganesh Rao. There she also found and fell in love with yin yoga. Kristin has since gotten her yin yoga certification in 2018 in Vancouver with Bernie Clark and is currently completing her 500 hour yoga certification at Modern Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona with John Salisbury.
