Kimberley Puryear, RYT received her teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC under the direction of Stephanie Keach. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level completing over 350 hours to date.

Kimberley’s personal practice began in 2003 and quickly became a life changing passion. Her love of meditation, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa have inspired her to share Yoga with others. She is passionate about helping students make connections between practice on the mat and in their everyday lives. Through breath awareness and meditation, Kimberley strives to help students let go of resistance and open up more fully to life. She has studied anatomy and Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley and Yoga Therapy with Doug Keller. Kimberley is currently working towards her 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification.
