Kelly Colleen

Kelly Colleen    Vancouver, B.C.

Kelly began practicing yoga and meditation in 1997 with the intention of finding peace in her busy life and challenging job as an editor of an up and coming magazine based in San Francisco. She took her first Ashtanga Yoga class at It’s Yoga Studio and fell in love with the grace and fluidity of the practice. She was soon managing the studio and teaching full-time as well as becoming an integral part of the studio’s Teacher Training Program. Her training has been influenced by many eclectic teachers including Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Sarah Powers, Larry Schultz, Paul Grilley and David Swenson. Kelly’s teaching style is Vinyasa Flow, fusing together elements from Ashtanga, Hatha, Power and Yin Yoga
