Yin Yoga can hold a space for safe and gentle connection.

For me personally, it is always magical to see what Yin Yoga does with the energy in the room. Yin yoga has been an important thing on my own path. My Vision is to create a holistic space in which body, mind and emotions create a silent connection.

My classes are a combination of asanas that address the meridians and the associated emotional topics. I design my yoga classes trauma-sensitive, i.e. body- and nervous system-orientated. The cornerstones are therefore slowness, safety and self-efficacy so you can feel yourself again.

A central quality of Yin Yoga for me is the acceptance of what is right now. Recognising that everything can be at the same time: finding relaxation in the tension.

An example of strength in softness is our fascial system, which is only stable due to its flexibility and softness
