Katie McGrath

Katie McGrath      Taipei, Taiwan

Katie’s goal for every class she teaches is for every practitioner to have space and time to be still, to be silent, and to listen. Not to her, but to their own body, and to the quiet loving voice that can only be heard when all the noise is filtered out.

Katie is an online yin yoga teacher with a library of hundreds of free yin classes on YouTube, and her classes are quiet, slow, and introspective. She holds a 50-hour yin certification and a 200-hour hatha training, both with Arhanta Yoga Ashram, along with 50 hours in Yoga Nidra with Scott Moore and 50 hours with the Christian Yoga Association. On her website, an illustrated pose guide teaches every shape, and a routine builder lets practitioners build their own practice, at their own length, with no video to follow. Or, follow Katie’s carefully designed prebuilt routines.

Katie and thousands of yin yogis practice together at yinyogawithkatie.com.
