Kathryn fell in love with the meditative stillness of the yin practice while studying Hatha Yoga through The Yoga Connection in Tucson, AZ. Having been inspired by Pam Ronstadt, Priscilla Potter, and Joe Barnett, she continues the exploration of physical anatomy and Chinese meridians via Yin Yoga. She is always striving to gain broader awareness of the inter-connectivity of the mind, body, and spirit. As a RYT200 Certified Teacher, Kathryn shares the practice of Yin, as well as Unnata Aerial, Vinyasa, and Gentle Flow with the local community.
