Kate McKenna

Kate McKenna      Brisbane

Kate has instructor certifications for Yin Level 1 and 2, Hatha yoga, aerial yoga and self myofascial release.  She loves Yin because absolutely everyone can do it – it’s the perfect introduction to the yoga world for those starting their journey.  It’s also a crucial balance for experienced practitioners of the Yang styles, those with a fitness regime and/or anyone with a crazy busy life.

Kate’s classes weave an anatomical focus, a fostering of self acceptance, ideas on dealing with life’s stresses and lots of time without dialogue to cultivate mindfulness. All of which is underpinned by playlists that surprise—Tibetan Singing Bowls are not for everyone—and strengthen the relaxed vibe.
