Karel Ingelaere, Bruges

'One Yoga Karel' stands for deep physical, mental and energetic (re-)charging through blissful, healing and achievable practice for all. Already in my childhood yoga came to me naturally through my father who was (and still is) a passionate practitioner. Later during my education and profession as a concert violinist and professor, alignment of the body and purity of mind and energy became important themes in my life. In the recent years I followed several professional yoga courses. There were also meetings with D. Chopra, Amma, Sadhguru etc. In 2017, I did a specialization in yin yoga with Bernie Clark in Vancouver. It is my intention to keep on following yoga- and meditationcourses and pass the best of it to other people!
