My yoga journey began in 2010. I dabbled on and off, not really committing to a regular practice until about 5 or 6 years later. Yoga, for me, is much more of a spiritual/mental practice than it is a physical one (although I love a good Power Vinyasa class!). But then in 2020, I completed a 200hr Power Vinyasa training and in 2023 a 300hr Trauma Informed training. I am now also certified in Group Fitness (specifically Barre), Pre/Post Natal Fitness, SUP Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and now Yin Yoga!
Today, I own my own yoga & fitness studio & have recently embarked on hosting 200hr YTT!
