Julie has been teaching Yin yoga for the past year, and loves the stillness and quiet that balance the craziness of the Yang world around us. She recently completed the 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark, and continues to learn as much as she can about the practice. Julie hopes to always balance her classes with information and meditative guidance with silence. And don’t be surprised if she pulls out her favourite poetry to sweeten some of those long hip openers!
Julie teaches Yin and Yin/Yang yoga at East Side Yoga Studio, which she co-owns with Coco Finaldi, and Highgate YYOGA in Burnaby, BC.
