Julie’s intro to yoga began in 2009 as a way to manage work stress, injury and chronic pain. Through consistent practice and continued learning, she discovered a wealth of tools to apply to other aspects of her life.
Julie completed the Mindfulness and the Eightfold Path yoga teacher training at Wilmington Yoga Center in North Carolina. She loves to share the many gifts of yoga with her students in gentle, explorative and supportive ways. Adopting a function over form approach, Julie empowers her students to discover what lands best in their bodies.
