Julie Bailis

Julie Bailis     Hamden, CT

Julie’s Yin classes allow the student to turn inward and explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual practice of Yin. Students have opportunities to experience quiet, stillness, and further exploration of the body and mind. Most classes include pranayama, Yin asana, and meditation. They are perfect for those new to Yin Yoga as well as those more seasoned yogis. Julie brings her own life experiences, sense of humor, and knowledge of meditation and yoga asana into the class and fosters a sense of community within each class. She has attended workshops with Sarah Powers and is greatly influenced by the work of Paul Grilley and Bernie Clark.
