Jude Mahood Dunedin
Jude has been practicing yoga for many years and teaching for about the last ten. She did her yoga training with Yoga Aotearoa, the International Yoga Teachers Association of New Zealand. She has done a lot of workshops and trainings since then, including Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark. She teaches Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, and Pilates. She particularly likes the mindfulness aspect of yin yoga.
