Jouni is an experienced yoga teacher and author of two yoga books about yin yoga. He is teaching yin yoga and meditation classes in the Yoga Nordic studio located in the heart of Turku, Finland. He is also teaching yin yoga workshops and teacher trainings all around Finland. His gentle way of teaching combines yin yoga with meditation techniques and wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Taoist philosophy.
