Josee Fontaine     Squamish, B.C.

Josee Fontaine, Creator/owner of Shala Yoga in beautiful Squamish, BC. Life, mountain and ocean enthusiast, and Yoga Teacher certified with Yoga Alliance (ERYT-200, RYT-500), I teach Hatha, Yin and Meditation from the heart, wishing to help all of us awaken to our highest potential and find freedom from the busy anxious mind. When slowing down, we become aware, sharper. We can observe ourselves, our impact on the planet, on others and on our own lives, therefore we can change our ways. We heal. We act. We flow. We create. We live. We transform. We detach from our stories to reconnect with our true nature. A higher state of being and consciousness. Of course, some of the side effects of the practice are expanding prana (life force, energy), focus, strength and flexibility, rejuvenation of the body, health, true happiness and much more. Enjoy the journey! Namaste.
