I practice Yoga since late 90s. My work focuses on balancing the energies of the body in relationship to traumatic events, limiting thoughts and negative emotions.
During my Yin sessions I integrate some Acu-Yoga concepts to enhance the practice (stimulating acupressure points for self-healing) along with postures/asana. I use props that are encouraged to ensure you have a relaxing and supported practice. I do integrate mantra, pranayama and some visualization to remove mental and emotional blocks. I offer online and private classes.
I also teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and Hatha yoga.
