Joni Nickerson Sylva
Joni Nickerson is a 200 hour Power Yoga teacher (Amazing Yoga, Pittsburgh, PA) and a Yin yoga certified teacher from Lotus Pond Yoga with Melissa Carroll.
She has been teacher yoga for 3 years and practicing for 19 years. Her passion is yoga and her purpose in life is to help anyone who wants to practice yoga make it possible.
She teaches at Sylva Yoga located on Main St. in Sylva, NC. Joni as a retired RN enjoys teaching about the “whole” person, making the connection between the physical body, the mind and spirit.
