Joanna (she/they) has been practicing yin yoga for over 20 years, and teaching it for nearly a decade. To them, yoga is literally life saving as she has found the return to her mat and to stillness to help calm the mind from the rest of the world.
Joanna is passionate about authenticity, and each yoga class is the creation of an experience for her students. They infuse their yin classes with a range of modalities, such as candles, blue lights, house music, yoga nidra, and restorative joy.
