Joanna has been offering Yin yoga classes for over 10 years, long before it was as well-known and popular as it is today. As a Clinical Acupuncturist, Joanna blends elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as Indian energy practices into her classes. She is most interested in what Yin yoga offers as a complete practice – not only regarding the physical benefits, but in the stillness it offers both the mind and the body – the perfect antidote to our busy and hectic lives.
