Joanna Barrett Boston
Inspired by the healing benefits of yoga, Joanna welcomes the opportunity to be introspective and listen to the intuitive wisdom of her body on and off her mat. She came to yin yoga after developing a strong yang practice, and needed more balance in her life. She was drawn to yin yoga and has developed a passion for practicing and teaching it.
Joanna completed her yin yoga teacher training with Joshua Summers, her 200-hour teacher training at South Boston Yoga, and her restorative teacher training with Judith Hanson Lasater. Joanna is eternally grateful for all the teachers who have been part of her journey.
