Jim Booth

Jim Booth     Seattle

Despite the misnomer “Bad Jimmy”, Jim teaches yoga, and yin yoga in particular. He especially enjoys bringing yoga to people and places that yoga might not typically be associated with. Think homeless shelters/ kickboxing studios/etc.). He particularly enjoys teaching yin yoga to high intensity athletes such as kick boxers, competitive cyclists, runners and soccer players, not only for the benefits of rejuvenation, but also mindfulness, focus, and concentration. Jim has been practicing yoga for over a dozen years, and received his RYT200 in 2014.
