Jill Mollenhauer    Fort Collins, Colorado

Jill has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and practicing for over 20. Her advanced training is with Paul and Suzee Grilley. She has a particular passion for yin yoga. With the knowledge of the anatomy, in particular joints and connective tissue has helped keep her students safe in both yin and yang practices. The understanding that we are all unique in how we are built has made yoga more accessible to all students. She is discovering that yin is keeping her students from injuring themselves in other activities and keeping them healthy to pursue a healthy lifestyle for life! Hopeful for the future of yoga as a way of life because she has students as old as 91 still practicing!!!
