Jesse Rae is a powerful and practical yoga guide with 15 years experience and ongoing learning. She has a strong background in anatomy and physio, with a wide range of yogic studies such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Therapeutic and Restorative, Yin, AcroYoga, Ayurveda and Meditation. She lives with her family on Tioman Island where she teaches group and private lessons, as well as hosting yoga retreats and workshops at their studio.
